NEPCONS, established in 1992 with a view to bring major changes in Cleaning and providing Maintenance Services for Commercial, Industrial Complex , Hospital Buildings, Tower & Bhabans, Nepcons was awarded first major contract by the BEXIMCO Group in 1996 for their highly prestigious 15 storied Building “ BELTOWER” at Dhanmondi, Dhaka and since then we did not had to look back but continued to increase our clients . NEPCONS has spread its service allover Bangladesh up to Port city Chittagonj & Cox’ s bazar . Till today NEPCONS Providing Cleaning , Maintenance and Security Services to as many as 30 Organization of National & Multinational companies with a work force size varying between 1000-1200. Nepcons through its young and experienced energetic work force can easily visualize the problems and able to attain the objectives that usually expected by our valued clients.
As there is no institution of this nature to train up and educate cleaners/ security guards , WE (NEPCONS) through our own arrangement important impart training to every person and make them understand his/ her respective Job/ responsibilities Supervision / Inspection of the Job / Sites is a regular phenomenon in our day to day routine. All sorts of chemicals, materials and equipment’s are provided , if agreed upon as per the Contract terms and Condition regularly to carryout daily Cleaning & other services. We obtained our pest control license in 1992 form the Department of Agriculture , Govt. of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh on fulfilling al the pre-qualifications and since then we have been providing this service to our customers. Nepcons experience was enriched through the inclusion of senior army retired officers in the management and personnel who worked in foreign countries in this line of Profession.
