1.Root Cannel Treatment

Root canal treatment is a dental procedure used to treat infection at the centre of a tooth (the root canal system). It's also known as 'endodontics'.
The infection is caused by bacteria that live in the mouth and invade the tooth. This can happen after:

tooth decay
leaky fillings
damage to teeth as a result of trauma, such as a fall.
2.
Re-Root Cannel Treatment

Cases of failed root canal treatments can now be successfully treated, thanks to modern technologies. A failed root canal treatment can be potentially recognised by pain and/or swelling.
New technologies have increased success rates of treating failed root canal treatments:
Magnification loupes
Ultrasonic devices
Improved instruments

In case of root canal failure, 3 options are available. Patient can either opt for:

Non-surgical endodontic re-treatment
Surgical endodontic procedure done (Apicectomy with retrograde filling)

Crown and Bridge

What are Dental Crowns and Tooth Bridges?
Both crowns and most bridges are fixed prosthetic devices. Unlike removable devices such as dentures, which you can take out and clean daily, crowns and bridges are cemented onto existing teeth or implants, and can only be removed by a dentist.
How do Crowns Work?
A crown is used to entirely cover or "cap" a damaged tooth. Besides strengthening a damaged tooth, a crown can be used to improve its appearance, shape or alignment.
Your dentist may recommend a crown to:

Replace a large filling when there isn't enough tooth remaining
Protect a weak tooth from fracturing
Restore a fractured tooth
Attach a bridge
Cover a dental implant or cover a discolore.
4. Scaling and Polishing

What is it?
A scale and polish cleans your teeth very thoroughly. Scaling removes the hard tartar which forms on your teeth like scale inside a kettle. You can't remove it just by brushing. Scaling also removes trapped food and plaque containing millions of germs, which can cause tooth decay and gum disease.
What happens?
There are two ways to scale teeth.
• Hand scalers - These come in different sizes and shapes, to reach different parts of your teeth. This is why you will see the hygienist changing instruments quite often.
• Electric scalers - These use very fast vibration with water. The water is sucked out of your mouth. A hand scaler is used to check whether the teeth are completely clean.
5.Fillin

What is a Filling?
A filling is a way to restore a tooth damaged by decay back to its normal function and shape. When a dentist gives you a filling, he or she first removes the decayed tooth material, cleans the affected area, and then fills the cleaned out cavity with a filling material.
What Happens When You get a Filling?
If your dentist decides to fill a cavity, he or she will first remove the decay and clean the affected area. The cleaned-out cavity will then be filled with any of the variety of materials described above.
How Do I Know if I Need a Filling?
Only your dentist can detect whether you have a cavity that needs to be filled. During a checkup, your dentist will use a small mirror to examine the surfaces of each tooth.
6.Extraction and Minor Surgery

A dental extraction is the procedure to remove a tooth from your mouth. A dental extraction is most commonly required if one of your teeth is damaged beyond practical repair. The most common reasons for tooth extractions include:

Severe tooth decay or infection may make it impossible or too costly to repair a tooth
Advanced gum disease may required a tooth to be pulled so it doesn’t affect the supporting tissues and bone structures of your mouth
A tooth may be extracted if it is blocking other teeth
During orthodontic work, teeth may need to be extracted to create room for the teeth that are being moved into place
Wisdom teeth are often extracted either before or after
7.Partial Denture

A removable partial denture (RPD) is a denture for a partially edentulous patient who desires to have replacement teeth for functional or aesthetic reasons and who cannot have a bridge (a fixed partial denture) for any number of reasons, such as a lack of required teeth to serve as support for a bridge (i.e. distal abutments) or financial limitations.
This type of prosthesis is referred to as a removable partial denture because patients can remove and reinsert it when required without prof
